Getting on the Upswing

PEM Real Estate Group (Professional Equity Management) found us online at the beginning of 2013 with a simple request. “Help us get a better web presence”! At the time of the inquiry PEM had about 25 properties in their portfolio and were really struggling getting any leads with their existing websites.

Many websites were not 100% complete either missing images or web copy. There was no brand consistency digitally between the properties as only a few had a common look and feel and they certainly did not play nice on mobile devices. Their keyword rankings were just as bad and upper management knew it was long overdue to get with the times.
